Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Nutrien Vital Flow website handles personal data collected from visitors. It covers what we collect through the contact form, the standard technical data our servers record, how long each is kept, and how you can ask us to correct or delete what we hold.

We publish one current version of this policy. If our practices or the legal requirements change, we update the text on this page and note a new revision date, so you always know which version applies.

Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name (if entered), your email address, and the content of your message. We also collect standard technical data generated by web servers, such as browser type and pages visited, when required for security and to keep the site working correctly.

Contact form

Name, email, message

Used only to read your question and answer it. The name field stays optional — an email address and your message are enough for us to reply.

Server logs

Browser type, pages viewed

Recorded automatically by the hosting server so we can spot abuse, fix broken pages, and keep the site reachable for readers in Estonia and elsewhere.

Not collected

No accounts, no payments

You do not create an account to read our guidance, and we do not process card details on this site. No health questionnaire is submitted through the contact form.

How we use your data

Contact form data is used only to read and respond to your message. Technical data is used to keep the site reliable. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for marketing.

In practice that means an email address you send us is opened by the person who answers questions about nutrition, sleep, and everyday energy, and it stays in our inbox until the exchange is finished. We do not add it to a newsletter list, pass it to an advertising platform, or match it against any other database. Server logs are read when something on the site breaks or when we need to block abusive traffic.

What a reply looks like

We answer your question directly and say plainly whether we can help. We do not store your message beyond the exchange, and we do not keep it to build a profile of you. If your question concerns a health condition, remember that our guidance is informational and does not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your consent when you submit the contact form, and on the basis of legitimate interest for basic security and site operation.

Consent here means the moment you decide to write to us: you choose what to send, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your message and address. Legitimate interest covers the narrow things a website cannot run without — keeping logs to detect misuse, blocking attempts to break the site, and maintaining uptime. These two bases are separate, and we do not stretch the second one to justify anything the first was meant to cover.

Retention

Contact messages are stored for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Server log data is retained for a limited period for security purposes.

We review stored mail periodically rather than keeping everything indefinitely. When a message no longer has an open question attached to it, it is removed. Log files follow the same principle: they exist to answer a specific security question, not to become a long-term archive.

Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law, or where a service provider processes data on our behalf under a confidentiality obligation.

A service provider in this sense is the company that hosts the website and keeps the server running. It may see technical log data as part of that job, but it is not permitted to use it for anything else, and it works under a written confidentiality agreement with us. We do not hand your message to advertisers, data brokers, or research partners, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area for marketing purposes.

Law

Disclosure when legally required

If a competent authority issues a lawful request, we are obliged to respond. Where we are allowed to tell you, we will say so.

Host

Processing under instruction

The hosting provider handles server logs on our behalf, under a confidentiality obligation, and only for the purpose of keeping the site available and secure.

Else

No onward sharing or selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not forward contact messages to any third party for their own use.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, and restriction of processing, where applicable under Estonian and EU law. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page.

Access and correction

Ask us what we hold about you and we will describe it in plain words: the message you sent, the address it came from, and when it reached us. If your name or email was recorded incorrectly, tell us and we will correct it.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your message and the address it came with, and we will remove it from our inbox rather than simply setting it aside.

Restriction

If you are unsure whether a request is accurate, you can ask us to stop using the data while the question is being looked at.

Requests are answered from our Narva office during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page. Our postal address is Nutrien Vital Flow OÜ, Peetri plats 3, 20308 Narva, Estonia, and the phone number is +372 359 8640.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for basic functionality. See the Cookie Policy for details. These cookies keep the page working as you move between sections and remember your choice in the consent notice; they are not used to build an advertising profile of you.

The consent notice appears the first time you visit. You can change your choice at any time, and the site continues to work if you decline the optional cookies. The Cookie Policy explains each type in full, including how long it stays on your device.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when practices or legal requirements change. The current version is the one published on this page.

When something meaningful changes — how we store messages, how long we keep logs, or who processes data on our behalf — the text here is rewritten rather than left as a footnote, and the revision year in the annotation plate at the top of this page moves with it. Older versions are not kept online, so an outdated copy cannot be mistaken for the policy in force.

Questions about your data

Short answers to the questions we receive most often about the contact form, our records, and what happens after you write to us.

Do I have to give my name in the contact form?

No. The name field is optional, and we can read and answer a message that only carries an email address. If you prefer to stay informal, a first name or nothing at all works just as well for us.

Will you add me to a newsletter?

No. We do not run a mailing list through the contact form and we do not use your address for marketing. The only message you receive from us is the reply to the question you sent.

Should I send health details through this form?

Keep it minimal. Ask your question in general terms rather than describing a condition in detail. Our answers are informational and do not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your personal situation, so detailed records are better discussed directly with them.

How quickly will you answer a data request?

We handle requests during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, and answer as soon as the record has been checked. If we need something clarified before we can act, we will write back and say so rather than leaving the request open.

This resource provides educational information only and does not replace consultation with a doctor.

Something still unclear?

If a part of this policy raises a question, write to us and we will answer it in plain language. Privacy questions and everyday nutrition questions both reach the same inbox, and both are read by a person rather than an automated system.
